We would like to welcome the new Cub Scouts that are joining us this term; I’m sure they will enjoy themselves and become valuable members of our pack.  Once again this year we will be taking part in the Essex Challenge.  This is run across all sections so if your child is due to move up and have completed some of the tasks in one section they can complete the other tasks in their new section and still be awarded the badge.  We have various activities to complete throughout the year so please try and ensure your child attends as many sessions as possible.

We have also decided to implement a parent rota from half term. When you child’s name appears on the programme please ensure you are available to help. If you are unavailable to help on your allocated date, will you please rearrange a new date with the other parents.  It is important that we maintain the parent / child ratios for all activities in order that they can take place.  If you have other children it is not a problem to bring them.
