5^th Billericay Cherokee Cubs

Cubs Go For It. Barleylands Farm.

Sunday 4th May 2014 – 10.00am until 5.00pm.

Cost                    £8 per Cub (cheques payable to 5^th Billericay Cherokee Cubs).

We are again this year taking part in the Cubs Go For It.  The activities this year include Shooting, water slide, bouldering wall to name but a few.

We need to arrive at 10.00 for registration (not before), access will only be via the main car park Barleylands Road. PLEASE NOTE you will only be allowed entry to this car park if your Cub is in uniform otherwise you will be turned away.

All Cubs must arrive in full uniform and bring with them: -

2 complete changes of old clothes, including old shoes or trainers (not wellington boots or hiking boots), and a towel.

Waterproof jacket/hat and/or Sun hat and Sun Cream (just in case).

We will be applying Sun Cream unless you tell us otherwise.

A drink (no glass bottles) & a packed lunch (no peanuts)

Don’t forget inhalers for those with asthma / hay fever.

We will need help on the day so if you would like to join us please let us know. All adult helpers need to be CRB checked.

Please complete the slip below and return at the absolute latest by Wednesday 16^th April. If you do not reserve you place you will not be allowed to attend on the day. You will also need to complete a shooting permission form, which can be obtained from Graham or Lawrence, if you want your cub to be able to take part in the air rifle activities.
