At Genesis Scouts we have a three year rolling programme that revolves around the Challenge Awards the Scouts can undertake. We do one Award per term, with three terms a year. This means that after three years a Scout will have had the opportunity to obtain every Challenge Award, setting them up perfectly to achieve the highest badge a Scout can achieve, the Gold Chief Scouts Award.

Additionally in the table above you will notice that we have identified Activity Badges as well. These are aligned to the Challenge Badge, and to give some variety to the programme we will select one or two of these to also complete within the term.

Additionally we have a four year rolling summer camp model, where we offer the scouts different types of camping experiences each year. The rolling four year summer camp model is as follows:
